Job Summary

MKB Company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce high-quality stormwater erosion control products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machine and equipment to produce high-quality products
  • Maintain machine and communicate issues in a timely manner
  • Work as a productive member of a team
  • Understand and follow production schedules
  • Record daily production results and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate with supervisor and fellow associates effectively
  • Attention to safe working habits
  • Properly label products and load/strap pallets
Requirements
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to growing and changing product lines
  • Demonstrate a mechanical aptitude
  • Willing to learn and grow
  • Attention to detail including quality and production schedules
