Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and compassionate individual to join our team as a Vietnamese-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers, providing answers, consulting on products, and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.

Essential Duties
  • Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and effective manner
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain it to customers
  • Proficient computer skills and high-speed internet connection
