About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned banking professional to drive growth and expansion in our Legal Banking Division. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can lead teams, develop innovative growth plans, and cultivate strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experienced banking professionals to achieve growth targets and expand our deposit portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a nimble growth strategy to source business from multiple channels, leveraging industry trends and best practices.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop messaging and servicing platforms that drive client engagement and retention.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business administration).
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in legal banking or a related service industry, with a proven track record of managing full-service relationships.
  • Advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, and credit management.
  • Experience leading sales teams and developing sales strategies to meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Strong understanding of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, and regulations.
Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.
