* Sanitize all equipment and facilities in accordance with GMPs and safety protocols
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment
* Assemble and disassemble manufacturing equipment as needed
* Follow master cleaning schedule as assigned by Food Safety Manager
* Perform tasks as assigned by supervisor on daily, weekly, monthly, 6 month, and yearly master schedules
* Operate equipment, mix and use chemicals following proper handling procedures
* Wash equipment production areas, and storage rooms
* Sanitize fruit processing equipment
* Clean all types of floors
* Responsible for removal of fruit in production area, handling trash disposal in production and wash areas
* Responsible for following all food safety and quality procedures outlined in PrimusGFS/SQF requirements
* Responsible for reporting any violations and injuries to supervisor or plant manager immediately
