Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on support experience and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform PC refresh projects, including installing applications and connecting computers to a file server.
  2. Work with team members to schedule calls and deliver hardware.
  3. Remotely assist team members to set up new systems, install software, and transfer data.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in desktop support, help desk, or IT technical roles.
  • Experience with Windows 10 and hardware deployment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
