Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Claims Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Medical Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely printing and processing of healthcare claims.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Claim Processing: Verify the correctness of claim details, including patient information, billing codes, and provider data.
  • Printing and Quality Control: Accurately print and assemble healthcare claims documents, implementing quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including billing, coding, and claims processing, to coordinate the efficient flow of claims documentation.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of printed claims to meet submission deadlines.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: Experience with print management systems and equipment; bonus points if you have experience in claims printing within a healthcare or medical billing environment.
