Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hospital Housekeeper Swift Creek to join our team at Johnston-Willis Hospital. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility, adhering to departmental and hospital policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including storage, handling, and disposal of regulated medical waste, hazardous materials, and solid waste.
  • Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
  • Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred.
