About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a member of our Rheumatology Division, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and provide high-quality care to patients with complex autoimmune diseases.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients with rheumatic diseases, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and osteoporosis.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols for the management of rheumatic diseases.
Qualifications
  • Board certification in Rheumatology or eligibility for certification.
  • Completion of a fellowship program in Rheumatology or advanced training in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Rheumatology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
