Daytime Event Server Representative

We are seeking a charismatic and energetic individual to join our team as a Daytime Event Server at LaBelle Winery. As a representative of our esteemed establishment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Estimated Salary: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience.

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming smile, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
• Maintain a lively and inviting atmosphere throughout events, ensuring every guest feels valued and catered to.
• Ensure the highest level of sanitation, safety, and beverage control policies are upheld at all times.
• Foster strong relationships with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage requests.
• Memorize and effectively recommend event menus, wine pairings, and beverages to enhance the overall experience.
• Refreshing and replenishing food and beverage buffets to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Properly store and care for banquet equipment to prevent damage and ensure efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving any issues that may arise, guaranteeing a memorable experience for every guest.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, tidying tables, and clearing them efficiently.
• Collaborate with the events team to set tables and arrange event areas to accommodate larger groups and special occasions.
• Process routine purchasing transactions accurately, including operating cash registers and handling point-of-sale systems such as Toast.

• Previous experience providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced fine dining environment.
• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure, collaborating with support staff and kitchen staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• Accurate handling of money and operation of point-of-sale systems.
• Prolonged periods of standing, lifting up to 45 pounds regularly, bending, and other physical activities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending and/or server experience of two years or more.
• Food service certification (optional) but highly recommended.
