About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Dover, NH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the production of advanced engine components.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop and refine manufacturing procedures and work instructions to improve efficiency and reduce costs">
  • Guide fellow engineers on best practices, workstation optimization, cost-saving strategies, and process improvements">
  • Collaborate with production teams to enhance processes and train operators effectively">
  • Participate in MRB reviews for nonconforming parts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions">
  • Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, and lead solution implementation">

Requirements

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field">
  • 10+ years of relevant engineering experience">
  • Familiarity with composite manufacturing processes and tooling">
  • Experience working on the production floor with manufacturing teams">
  • Strong attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills">
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for mentoring others">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)">
  • Knowledge of and compliance with AS9100C or ISO9001 standards">
