We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Cyber Security Sales Professional to join our team at SilverSky.

About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for our comprehensive managed detection and response (MxDR) solution. This includes generating quotes, handling renewals, and collaborating with the accounting department to ensure accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
  • Generating and following up on sales quotes for new and existing customers.
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Managing and processing sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate value to customers.

You will also be involved in tracking and managing customer contract renewals, proactively contacting customers to discuss upcoming renewals and secure contract extensions, and preparing and sending renewal quotes and follow-ups.

Additionally, you will work closely with the accounting department to ensure accurate invoicing and billing, assist in resolving any billing or payment issues with customers, and ensure all sales transactions are recorded accurately in our CRM and accounting systems.
