Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Associate to join our team at Phoenix Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the care team.
  • Provide hands-on care, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with medication management, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
  • Engage residents in activities and programs that promote their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, ensuring timely interventions and support.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Knowledge of assisted living industry and dementia care a plus.
