Job Opportunity

QTalent Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team. As a leading provider of technology and full-service digital marketing solutions and services, we are looking for a talented individual to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage prospects to sell our comprehensive digital marketing services.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and tailor solutions that meet their needs, utilizing a consultative sales approach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations and ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to remain competitive in the market and provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a digital agency or technology company.
  • Certification in digital marketing or relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in digital marketing sales, with a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
