Job DescriptionJob Description

The Hire Solution is seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to help spread the word about the great services the company offers.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while being trained extensively in the healthcare services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential client prospects by phone and by email, cultivating strong business relationships with key decision makers at those companies.
  • Educate and coach potential client partners on the benefits of our services.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
  • Input and update all leads and potential opportunities into our internal database.
  • Maintain excellent communication and rapport with existing client partners, members, and prospects.


Requirements

  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • High School degree required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales or account management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or healthcare a plus.
