Job Overview

Entegee, a leading expert in custom automation projects and control solutions, is seeking an Advanced Biomedical Technical Specialist to join their team. This role will involve handling complaint documentation and medical device reporting (MDR) processes with a strong emphasis on technical writing and attention to detail.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $25.00 and $28.00 per hour. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle complaint documentation and MDR processes to ensure compliance standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain technical reports and documentation to support these processes.
  • Analyze and resolve issues related to medical device reporting, providing accurate and detailed solutions.
  • Evaluate all reports and documentation to guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical or Nursing is required.
  • Experience in complaint handling or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong MDR documentation or technical writing experience is essential.
  • Excellent computer skills and analytical abilities, including problem-solving and critical thinking, are necessary.
  • Healthcare professional experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Technical writing and MDR documentation experience is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills, along with attention to detail, are crucial for success in this role.
