Master Automotive Service Director

We are seeking an exceptional Automotive Service Manager to lead our service team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee multiple locations, train advisors to provide exceptional customer service, and manage store workflow to achieve high performance standards.
Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 based on performance and industry standards.
Job Description:
As an Automotive Service Manager with EasyCare (APCO), you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily operations at multiple locations
- Training advisors to greet customers with hospitality and respect
- Presenting solutions to repair vehicles in an easy-to-understand manner
- Managing store workflow for maximum efficiency
- Training advisors to sell services without compromising honesty and integrity
- Maintaining a positive attitude and team atmosphere
- Using the phone professionally to build long-term relationships
- Supervising and directing employees
- Preparing monthly and yearly business goals
- Projecting an attitude of honesty and integrity
- Directing customer service activities as needed
- Ensuring work meets proper specifications
- Assisting other employees as necessary
Requirements:
- Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Graduation from an industry recognized service training program preferred but not required
Certificates, Licenses and Registration Preferences:
- Current driver's license
- Proof of minimum state required insurance on personal vehicle
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier
