We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our team as a Skilled Nursing Caregiver. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents, supervising Nursing Assistants, and responding to medical emergencies. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality care
  • Respond quickly to medical emergencies and provide emergency care as needed
  • Keep physicians and other healthcare professionals informed of changes in resident conditions

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license in the state of Illinois
  • 1+ years of nursing experience
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
