Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized FT Lead Associate Beer Garden to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for facilitating orders, scheduling work and production, supervising and training team members, receiving, storing, and stocking items, checking dates, tracking and recording product loss from damage and out of codes, and performing all department tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
* Ensure all legal compliance as it pertains to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB), including record retention, sale, and consumption policies, and RAMP certification.
* Act as a liaison between the store and vendor community, including setting up in-store demos, making C.O.D. payments, maintaining item variety, and ensuring in-stock position.
* Complete orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, react to items going out of code, and perform all department tasks as needed.
* Set up and stock end caps and displays, set up new program displays, and perform resets.
* Cut or hit cardboard cartons to flatten them, load them onto U-boat, and take them to the bailer.

Requirements

* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
* Must be of minimum age as required by state Liquor code.

Physical Requirements

* Shift hours: minimum 8-hour shifts
* Job cycles: continual max
* Lift/carry: 36 lbs. (case of 24, 12 oz glass bottles)
* Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
* Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
* Max pull static: 20 lbs.
