We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Specialist to join our team at Quantico, VA. As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Ground Based Air Defense (GBAD) portfolio.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing numerous administrative tasks, including planning and monitoring program execution, maintaining regular communication with the Government, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

You will also be responsible for drafting and delivering a Monthly Status Report (MSR), reviewing expense reports to meet Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) Guidelines, and reviewing invoices for accuracy and contract requirements.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years' experience in the specific field and a high school diploma.
  • Drafting and distributing meeting invites, meeting minutes, and meeting rosters.
  • Compiling and distributing test event and demonstration rosters.
  • Compiling and editing contractor support documents, including reports and memos.
  • Data entry, including converting scanned and handwritten test reports and forms into digital files.
  • Drafting and editing Power Point presentations.
  • Travel and Other Direct Cost (ODC) management.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position working at the Contractor site. No travel is expected for this position, but close coordination with the Project and Operation Manager and logistics, equipment technicians, test and evaluation, and engineering functional area managers is required.
