Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Leader to join our team in Clackamas, OR. This role will focus on the seamless execution of benefit programs and payroll processing.

About the Job:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and benefits administration. Responsibilities will include managing employee benefits, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and assisting with employee relations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage the full lifecycle of employee benefits from enrollment to termination.
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of benefits changes, including enrollments, deductions, and terminations.
    • Conduct regular audits of benefits records to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
    • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues promptly.
  • Payroll:
    • Oversee payroll specialist to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Other duties:
    • Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
    • Utilize HRIS system to manage employee data, benefits, and payroll processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on benefits administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
