Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Marketing Strategist/Design Specialist to join our team at Vandor Corporation. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies, designing visual content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  2. Create high-quality visual content, including graphics, videos, and print materials, to support marketing campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product design, and engineering, to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  5. Manage timelines and budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  6. Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
