Senior Therapist

Soar Autism Center is a leading provider of autism care services, dedicated to helping children with autism and their families thrive. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Therapist to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.

We prioritize early intervention and comprehensive supportive services that empower young children to reach their full potential. As a Senior Therapist at Soar Autism Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, developmentally-appropriate learning experiences for children aged 2-6 years old.

• Plan, oversee, and deliver naturalistic therapy sessions based on the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
• Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical specialties.
• Design and implement individualized services tailored to each child's unique needs and goals.
• Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, communicate progress, and coach and support them throughout their journey.

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Experience in ABA early intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

• Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
