Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a FT Night Shift Medical/Oncology role at Williamson Health in Franklin, Tennessee. The successful candidate will coordinate and implement nursing care across various medical specialties with a focus on compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities
  1. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs and develop individualized care plans.
  2. Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure the highest standards of treatment and patient care.
  3. Perform a variety of tasks, including administering medications, procedures, and treatments safely and accurately.
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
  5. Reassess patient conditions, evaluate responses, and modify care plans as needed.
  6. Accept charge responsibilities and assign staff accordingly.
Requirements
  • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university.
  • Licensed in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certifications within 6 months of hire (depending on unit assignment).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $$85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and other perks.
