Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a key member of the Aditi Consulting team, the Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. This includes receiving and storing materials, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
Store and maintain inventory in a safe and organized manner
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Assist with physical inventory and audits as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment
Basic math skills and ability to learn computerized inventory control systems
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
