Tree Trimmer

Join Wright Tree Service as a Trimmer/Climber Trainee and embark on a rewarding career in arboriculture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for trimming and removing trees, ensuring the safety of our customers and employees.

• Trim and remove trees using climbing equipment, ladders, and powered trimmer lift trucks.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including saws, pruners, and wood chippers.
• Load and unload trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris.
• Repair minor damage to lawns, fences, and walks caused by tree trimming.
• Relay hand-signals, direct traffic, and operate trucks and equipment as assigned.
• Train new employees on proper procedures and ensure a safe working environment.

• Minimum 3 months of experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Must be able to enter and exit a vehicle numerous times per day.
• Ability to withstand exposure to various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• First-Aid and CPR certification.
