Responsibilities- Prepare food products according to prep/par sheets and 1788 Chicken S.O.P.'s
- Cook, assemble, and package customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Follow all portion control procedures, record food waste, and maintain proper food temperature and storage
- Work in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to local and state requirements
- Unpack and store incoming inventory, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and report any equipment issues
- Cooks work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with various equipment, including ovens, stoves, and walk-in coolers
- Exposure to heat, steam, fire, noise, and potentially slippery surfaces is expected
- Cooks are required to be on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
