Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Physician Assistant Leader to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our department's mission.

Responsibilities
  • Manage 28,000 annual ED volume and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Work within a 149-bed hospital setting, utilizing 15 dedicated ED beds and leveraging EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation and communication.
  • Leverage 16-hour NP coverage and extensive specialty backup to support comprehensive patient care.
