**Job Summary:** Behavioral Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. This is an 8 hour per month Saturday position that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals served.

In this role, you will demonstrate an understanding of the concepts of institutional and structural racism and bias and their impact on underserved and underrepresented communities. You will also provide crisis intervention assistance to people served through direct intervention or warm handoffs and referrals as appropriate.

The estimated salary for this position is $63,000- $64,000 per year, based on current licensure and experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Masters Degree in Social Services field, experience working with adults with mental health challenges, a valid drivers license, and acceptable driving record.
