Nurse Care Specialist

Aveanna is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. As an LPN/LVN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve expected outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing and hold a current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse. You will be responsible for delivering and coordinating quality patient care, observing and assessing patient condition, and documenting all activities and assessments in a timely manner.
You will also participate in updating the nursing care plan, take appropriate nursing action based on assessment, and recognize changes in patient needs requiring intervention. Additionally, you will provide education to patients and families regarding disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to speak, write, read, and understand English, and be able to travel. You should also have strong organizational and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a variety of environments with possible exposure to allergens and infectious diseases.
In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $33.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on location and experience.
