About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner in a hospital float position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience

Job Description:

  • Company Overview: Kettering Health is a not-for-profit system of 13 medical centers and over 120 outpatient facilities serving southwest Ohio. Our mission is to provide exceptional patient care, educate healthcare professionals, and serve our communities through international outreach.
  • Nursing Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to deliver comprehensive patient care, including delegation, participation in performance improvement activities, and advocacy for safe care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Licensure and Education: Current licensure in the state of Ohio as a Registered Nurse, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred. New graduate nurses must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required, depending on unit scope of practice.
  • Preferred Qualifications: ICU/step-down experience a plus.
