A successful Luxury Manager in Waiting will be responsible for assisting the store manager in all aspects of the store's operations, including motivating sales associates to be capable, confident, and successful. This role requires a strong leader who can hold themselves and others accountable for the overall vision, direction, growth, profitability, and success of our retail store.

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated teamwork abilities, and management experience. Retail and customer service experience is also a plus. If you're comfortable utilizing technology, such as iPads, tablets, smartphones, or computers, and are bilingual, that's a definite advantage.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated teamwork abilities
  • Management experience preferred
  • Retail/Customer Service experience preferred
  • Comfortable utilizing technology
  • Bilingual a plus
