About the Job

This 52-week assignment requires a Physical Therapist to work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week, with an ASAP start date.

  • As a travel therapist, you will be responsible for planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions.
  • You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate team goals and establish individualized treatment plans.
Job Responsibilities

Your primary duties as a travel physical therapist include:

  • Completing comprehensive evaluations to ensure quality standards and addressing assessment areas that require attention.
  • Providing therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
  • Establishing individualized care and discharge plans and ensuring they are communicated to relevant parties.
  • Supervising assigned assistants and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 6 months of recent experience in a related field.
  • A graduate degree from an accredited institution.
  • BLS certification.
  • An active state license.

The estimated salary for this position is $1,400-$2,000 per week, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Please note that listed pay packages are based on weekly gross amounts.
