Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist III to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the IT Services industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality technical support to clients, resolving their IT issues and ensuring their systems are running efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to O365, basic networking, Windows 10, and network printers.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to diagnose and fix complex technical issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new IT solutions to improve clients' systems and operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and improve overall team performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to clients on how to use their systems effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure clients are always benefiting from the best possible solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the Engineering industry.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience with O365, basic networking, Windows 10, and network printers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
