Drive Revenue and Success in Retail Environments

Lycatel LLC is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join their Sales Team in Albuquerque, NM. As a key player in driving sales performance and related metrics for the associated territory, you will maximize company revenue while fostering strong relationships with Retailers.

This outside sales position involves activities such as sales volume growth, dealer inventory management, training, relationship building, merchandising, small business consulting, and brand advocacy in a retail setting. Your primary goal is to reinforce customer activation and replenishment activities among Retailers who actively promote Lycamobile, maintain sufficient inventory levels, proper merchandising, are knowledgeable about Lycamobile products and services, and prioritize Lycamobile as a primary brand in their portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive company revenue through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Increase customer activations (sales by dealer to customers) in the assigned territory.
  • Foster strong relationships with Retailers to ensure adequate supply of stock and merchandising materials.
  • Educate and train Retailers on service offerings, systems, and processes.
  • Maintain and build relationships with store personnel to enhance the customer experience within retail environments.
  • Report daily activity, store level conditions, trends, and competitive data to inform business decisions.
  • Provide feedback on Retailer and consumer interactions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement a business plan for the designated region, driving measurable results for stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits and phone calls within the region to assess progress and provide support.
  • Expand sales through establishing and maintaining Retailer contacts, identifying new Retailer leads, and leveraging referrals from existing Retailers.
  • Enhance brand awareness in the channel through effective merchandising and display maintenance.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of wireless retail sales or training experience.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Any combination of education and experience.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently as a team player.
  • Prior success meeting performance goals and requirements, preferably in the prepaid wireless industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate projects effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 2 years of US driving experience.
  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
