We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Wall Panel Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service and support to our customers, ensuring timely and accurate completion of service calls.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch service and support during site visits
  • Managing assigned workflow with the production schedule
  • Identifying errors in design or installation and determining proper solutions
  • Producing timely and detailed field service reports
  • Inspecting and operating company vehicles in a safe manner
  • Maintaining tools (saws, pneumatic nail guns, etc.)
  • Following all company procedures and protocols
  • Supervising your assistant when needed
  • Building good working relationships with customers and team members
  • Reading and understanding diagrams/blueprints

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Service wall panels and truss issues in the field
  • Manually unload/load materials on/off trucks
  • Communicate with department and customers regarding availability, issues, and scheduling
  • Meet with framers and contractors
  • Measuring foundations
  • Complete work for service calls

Requirements include:

  • A self-starter with attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Age 21 or older
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately
  • Lift >50 lbs without assistance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of blue prints and building layouts
  • Knowledge of building materials/products
  • Ability to work outside year round

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect:
