Primary Care Physician - Job Summary

Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of patients to establish diagnoses

* Participate in on-call rotations as required

Requirements:

* Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
* Must be ABIM or ABFM certified
* State medical license and DEA registration
* Minimum of twelve (12) continuous months of experience within the last thirty-six (36) months performing services similar in scope to those defined herein, in a public or private institution
