We are seeking a skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our dynamic care team providing clinical expertise in-home.

As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will provide personal care activities that assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, and preparing meals and snacks.

You will also perform housekeeping activities, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, and doing laundry.

Additionally, you will perform patient-specific activities, such as medication reminders, assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises, and understanding dementia care.

Requirements include being registered with the State of California Home Care Aide Registry, having a current Live Scan (FBI and DOJ), current TB screening, and current Physical.
