Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care on the Thoracic Intermediate Surgical unit, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.

  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety.
