Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team at K2 Staffing, LLC. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective resolution of end-user issues via telephone, web portal, and email.
  • System Setup: Provision new hires with the necessary systems and equipment.
  • Incident Management: Prioritize incidents and service requests according to defined processes to meet defined SLAs.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 4 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.
  • Client-Facing Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering.
  • Technical Certifications: CompTIA Net+ and/or CompTIA Security+, MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert).
Salary and Benefits
