About the Role

At The Clorox Company, we're committed to growth – for our people and our brands. We're seeking an experienced Sailpoint Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, implementation, and support of services enabling the full life cycle of identities and supporting IGA and Sailpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into workable technology solutions that meet the needs of internal customers in an agile environment.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows, rules, and connectors within Sailpoint IIQ.
  • Conduct system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning activities.
  • Serve as subject matter expert in projects involving IGA and Sailpoint and as a resource in troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Evaluate current environment to identify opportunities for security, operational, and functional enhancements and develop continuous improvement plans.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and procedures and share knowledge with team members.
  • Support compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
  • 5+ years of development experience with Sailpoint IIQ or Sailpoint IdentityNow or combination and seven years in IAM.
  • Extensive experience in identity governance.
  • Experience in Apache Tomcat.
  • Strong experience with user life cycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certifications.
  • Strong experience with integration with various platforms like Workday, Active Directory, Entra AD, Entra AD B2B, Entra AD B2C, M365, ServiceNow and SAP.
  • Code development with Java, Bean shell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databases required.
  • SailPoint integration with cloud access management (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience supporting SOX, Privacy and other compliance requirements and reporting.
  • SailPoint IdentityNow and experience migrating to IdentityNow desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, manage complex projects and stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing.

Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100

–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100

–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox's incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
