Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant to work with our Architecture and Engineering departments in our Philadelphia, PA office. This role will involve providing administrative support to our team, including greeting visitors, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Contact employees based on visitor requests.
- Remain knowledgeable on company information, including service lines and geographic locations.
- Document management, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
- Retrieve, open, and sort incoming mail and packages for the office.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance on office equipment as necessary.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages.
- Coordinate and organize meetings and manage calendars and lunch orders.
- Prepare updates to accounting databases.
- Assist with other special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative support experience in a busy office setting.
- Proficiency in MS Office 2010 required.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively within a team.
- Professionalism and effective communication skills a must.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
