Job Description

As a Dental Practice Owner, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic 16-person team, fostering collaboration, effective communication, and community engagement. You will enjoy full clinical autonomy, empowering you to make decisions that best serve your patients and contribute to their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, along with an active and unrestricted license in the state of New York.
  • Demonstrate clinical knowledge for practicing comprehensive dentistry, showcasing your ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health issues with precision and care.
  • Exhibit a strong desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet the evolving needs of patients.
Credentials and Certifications

We require credentialing with various dental insurance plans to ensure seamless and comprehensive coverage for our patients. Additionally, you will need to maintain data safeguards and protect sensitive patient information as required by HIPAA regulations.
