Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at Excelsior Orthopaedics Group. As a key member of our orthopedic care team, you will work closely with experienced physicians and surgeons to provide top-notch physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries or managing chronic conditions.

About the Role:

  • You will assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function, alleviate pain, and prevent disability.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including athletic trainers, to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Administer manual exercises, instruct patients on daily activities, and educate them on assistive devices and home-based treatments.
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate electronic records.
  • Promote open communication with healthcare providers, patients, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Meet volume and outcome goals set by directors and lead clinicians.

About You:

  • NYS Registered Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience in high-volume outpatient orthopedic settings.
  • EMR experience is required; MEDENT is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment with considerable physical activity.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental, vision, employer-paid life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company contribution.
