Nursing Care Coordinator for Long-Term Residents

At Advantage Living, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed LPN Charge Nurse to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in providing, coordinating, and managing nursing care and health education for our residents. As a coach and role model, they will also provide direction, best practices, and lead problem-solving on daily care concerns.
We offer 12-hour shifts to meet the needs of your personal commitments and those of our residents. Our competitive hourly wage is based on years of experience, with shift differentials and per-pay-period attendance bonus making our wages hard to beat.

- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

To qualify, candidates must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN), and CPR certification. Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
