Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Professional to lead diverse projects for our client's Healthcare and/or Base Building practice. The ideal candidate will excel in our client's entrepreneurial culture and be excited about the possibility of adding to their thriving Studios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct surveys of existing healthcare environments and assist in code research for NYS building code and FGI Guidelines for Hospital and Outpatient facility requirements.
  • Create and refine architectural Healthcare designs, collaborating with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timelines.
  • Coordinate the architectural set of drawings with other professional consultants on the project, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Be proficient in computer-assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam, and utilize these tools to drive project success.
  • Manage multiple projects at various stages of completion, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions, providing valuable insights to inform project decisions.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure effective project execution.
  • Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress and address issues promptly, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Incorporate sustainable design practices and materials, promoting environmentally responsible project outcomes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating project progress and results.
  • Review designs and construction work for quality and compliance, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to standards, maintaining a high level of quality and compliance.
  • Stay current with architectural trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive project innovation and success.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Healthcare or Base Building architecture.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to create full construction document sets.
  • A strong understanding and experience with NYC/National DOB/Codes, compliance, filing strategies, base building infrastructure, landlord coordination, and consultant coordination from design through shop drawings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
