About the Role

As a Beauty Consultant at Sephora, you will play a vital role in helping clients discover their perfect beauty match. This involves providing personalized consultations, showcasing product application techniques, and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them achieve their desired look and feel.
• Product Demonstrations: Showcase expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines to educate clients on the latest beauty trends.
• Stay Current with Trends: Be the first to know about new products and services at Sephora, allowing you to provide exceptional client service.
• Client Service: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Sales and Promotions: Participate in exciting sales events and promotions, driving sales and increasing customer engagement.
• BOPIS and Client Service: Provide excellent client service when clients arrive to pick up their orders, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Store Environment: Contribute to maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

Requirements

• Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
• Passion for client service and beauty.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
