Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Francis Physician Network. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for patient triage, patient education, and assisting physicians in the assessment of patient needs and treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed chart documentation to ensure all patient information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Provide patient education on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited nursing program.
  • 2 years of clinical experience in a physician office.
  • Current State RN license and CPR certification.
