Your Opportunity

As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging customers in the discovery of our heritage and creating an atmosphere of passion and enthusiasm for our collections. You will build relationships with customers, provide personalized service, and ensure that every customer interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable luxury shopping experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide informed recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize technology to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience
Requirements
  • Passionate and open-minded individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-learn and self-develop in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with digital technology and familiar with Apple products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
