This position offers a competitive salary of $105,000 per year, with opportunities for advancement based on experience. Our clinic is located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains, offering a unique and desirable work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited PA program and certification by the National Commission for Certified Physician's Assistants (NCCPA). Previous experience as a PA is preferred, but not required. We are committed to providing our employees with the training and support they need to succeed in their roles.

Key responsibilities of the Physician Assistant include:

  • Collaborating with attending physician to diagnose and treat orthopaedic sports medicine injuries and related illnesses
  • Performing procedures within the PA scope of practice as directed by the supervising physician
  • Assisting in preoperative evaluation and education
  • Presenting preoperative patients at team meetings
  • Coordinating schedules with operations manager and surgery scheduler

In addition to these responsibilities, the Physician Assistant will also be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and contribute to the development of evidence-based clinical protocols.
