We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team near Wakefield, MA. As an RBT, you will provide direct behavioral therapy to students within a school-based setting.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), teachers, and support staff to support students with developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges.

  • Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or behavior specialist.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

You will be responsible for providing direct support to students with behavioral challenges, utilizing applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to support staff on ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Develop and implement behavior reduction plans to minimize problem behaviors.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding and practical application of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.

Job Requirements:

  • Valid RBT certification in Massachusetts
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow directions from supervising professionals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
